GENERAL PROVISIONS

The www.promo-vision.pl website operates on the principles set out in these Regulations.

These Regulations specify the types and scope of services rendered electronically by the www.promo-vision.pl website, the rules for the provision of these services, the terms and conditions for the conclusion and termination of agreements for the provision of services electronically, as well as the complaint procedure.

Each Service Recipient is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations as soon as he starts using the Electronic Services of the www.promo-vision.pl website.

In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the following shall apply

The Act on Providing Services Electronically of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended),

Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827),

Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.

DEFINITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these Site Terms and Conditions.

USER – a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by the Act, using the Electronic Service.

ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Site.

TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Service Provider enables via the Site the use of Electronic Services such as:

The provision of Electronic Services to Service Recipients takes place under the terms and conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION AND CONCLUSION OF E-SERVICES CONTRACTS

Provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III pt. 1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge.

The period for which the agreement is concluded:

Technical requirements necessary to cooperate with the tele-information system used by the Service Provider:

computer with access to the Internet,

access to e-mail,

web browser,

enable Cookies and Javascript in the web browser.

The Customer is obliged to use the Site in a manner consistent with the law and good practice, taking into account respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.

The Customer is obliged to provide factually correct information.

The customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Complaints relating to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:

Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the Site may be submitted by the Client via e-mail to: biuro@promo-vision.pl.

In the aforementioned e-mail message, as much information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint as possible should be provided, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the irregularity and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and expedite consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider shall consider the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days.

The Service Provider’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the Client’s e-mail address provided in the complaint notification or in any other manner provided by the Client.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content posted on the website at www.promo-vision.pl is protected by copyright and is the property of www.promo-vision.pl. The Client is fully liable for any damage caused to the Service Provider resulting from the use of any content of www.promo-vision.pl, without the consent of the Service Provider.

Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements comprising the content of the www.promo-vision.pl website constitutes an infringement of the Service Provider’s copyright and will result in civil and criminal liability.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Contracts concluded through the Site shall be concluded in accordance with Polish law.

If any part of the Terms and Conditions is inconsistent with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply instead of the challenged provision.
